Cynthia Bentley is a Licensed Mortgage Agent, Level 1, dedicated to helping clients make confident, informed mortgage decisions that support their long-term financial goals. With a diverse background in financial advisory services, real estate, and multi-unit residential housing, Cynthia brings a well-rounded perspective to every mortgage transaction.

Her career began in personal financial advisory services, followed by extensive experience in the multi-unit residential housing sector. In this capacity, she worked alongside landlords, developers, and housing providers, gaining valuable insight into real estate acquisition, financing considerations, property ownership, and the broader financial factors that influence successful real estate decisions.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Cynthia held senior leadership positions within a national franchise organization, where she was responsible for financial reporting, risk management, and large-scale operational initiatives. This experience strengthened her ability to analyze complex financial information, navigate detailed processes, and identify practical solutions—skills she now applies to helping clients successfully navigate their mortgage needs.

Beyond her professional career, Cynthia is actively involved in her community. She is a member of the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario and the Royal Canadian Legion, Burlington Branch 60. She is also a former Board Director of Second Base Youth Shelter, an organization supporting homeless and at-risk youth in Scarborough. Her community involvement reflects her longstanding commitment to housing, service, and helping individuals and families build more secure futures.
